What the Evaluation Includes
A detailed discussion of your current concerns, symptoms, developmental and educational history, and how attention or executive functioning difficulties affect your everyday life.
Standardized ADHD and executive functioning measures, along with computerized attention testing, provide information about attention, organization, follow-through, consistency, and impulse control.
Your history and assessment results are integrated to determine whether the overall pattern supports an ADHD diagnosis and to consider other factors that may be contributing. You receive a written report with findings, diagnostic conclusions, and recommendations.
How it Works

Complete a brief inquiry and schedule your telehealth appointment. Evaluations are available to adults located in Oklahoma or Colorado.
2. Complete Your Assessment
Meet by telehealth for a clinical interview and complete standardized assessment measures and computerized attention testing at home.
3. Receive Your Results
Your assessment results and clinical history are reviewed together. You’ll receive a written report with findings, diagnostic conclusions, and recommendations.

ADHD Assessment
From Home
Adult ADHD evaluations are available by telehealth to adults located in Oklahoma and Colorado. The evaluation is completed remotely, allowing you to participate from home while still receiving a structured assessment of ADHD symptoms, attention, and executive functioning.
Following the evaluation, you’ll receive a written report summarizing your results, diagnostic conclusions, and recommendations. Your report can also be shared with your physician, psychiatrist, therapist, or other treating provider if you choose.
