2. Attend Your Evaluation
Your intake and testing are typically completed during the same appointment at the Edmond office.
3. Receive Your Results
After all necessary forms are received, your results are reviewed and you'll receive a written report with findings, diagnostic conclusions, and practical recommendations.

Unravel Assessments is in network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, HealthChoice, Healthcare Highways, Tricare, TriWest, Medicare, SoonerCare, and SoonerSelect plans including Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma, Humana Healthy Horizons, and Oklahoma Complete Health.
